IT leaders, this webpage is intended to provide you with key information so that students, teachers and administrators can use the 1-2-3 Wellness web app daily to build life-changing wellness tools.

  By setting up the 1-2-3 Wellness™ app, you are empowering your staff and students to develop healthy wellness habits and learn what wellness tools support their success!  As a champion for technical support in your district, you’re invited to use the directions on the following pages to better enable your ecosystem to use 1-2-3 Wellness™  effectively.

IT Checklist For Schools Using Clever

This checklist will guide you to set up your school or district with access to the 1-2-3 Wellness App.

✅ 1. Green list our web app URL (app.123wellness.org) on your security software

✅ 2. On the Clever website, make sure to request access to our application. You can do so by clicking this link: https://schools.clever.com/applications/add/123-wellness

✅ 3. After your request is approved, please set your sharing permissions. We will request this from you directly, but you must confirm it on Clever. (See below for more info)
✅ 4. Open the app directly from your Clever dashboard. (Once configured, this will happen automatically)

✅ 5. Using the “Clever Roles and 1-2-3 Wellness” information below, ensure that your staff members roles and titles are configured properly in Clever to ensure that that can access the data they need in the 1-2-3 Wellness app. (see below for more info)

6. (Optional) Configure computers to open the app automatically when chrome loads: Some schools have set up school browsers to open the app automatically on startup, as they use the practice to ground students before doing activities on their devices.

Please note that Clever data is synced with our application 4 times a day (every 6 hours).

Please also note that for any custom users who will need access to schoolwide data, please set their Clever title as principal, counselor or admin in Clever. (for example, principals and counselors)

*IMPORTANT: Custom Data Configuration Required

This configuration only applies to users with the "Staff" role in Clever's Custom Data section.

For regular Students, Teachers, and District Admins: No special configuration is needed - they will automatically receive the correct roles and data access.

Clever Title Configuration for Staff Members

*Special Setup Required: Staff members in Clever's Custom Data section need their Title field configured to receive appropriate data access in 1-2-3 Wellness.

For Staff Members Who Need School-Wide Data Access

If you want staff members (principals, counselors, etc.) to have access to school-wide data in

1-2-3 Wellness, you must set their Title field in Clever's Custom Data to one of the following values:

For Staff Members Who Don't Need School-Wide Access

Staff members with any other title (or no title) will be assigned the "Teacher" role in 1-2-3

Wellness but will not have any classes assigned to them. These users will not be automatically synced via Clever.

1-2-3 Wellness uses a role-based access control system that determines what data users can view and manage. The system integrates with Clever to automatically assign roles based on user information from your school district's Clever setup.
